• Do not record, screenshot, or capture conversations without explicit consent from all parties

3.3 Technical Responsibilities

• Ensure your device and internet connection are suitable for video/audio chat
• Grant necessary permissions (camera, microphone) only when you're ready to use them
• Do not attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit our systems or infrastructure
• Report any bugs or vulnerabilities responsibly rather than exploiting them

4. Prohibited Behavior and Content

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all users, the following behaviors and content are strictly prohibited on StrangerConnect. Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent ban from our service.

4.1 Harassment and Abuse

• Bullying, stalking, or harassing other users in any form
• Using hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Repeatedly contacting someone who has indicated they do not wish to communicate

4.3 Inappropriate Content

• Exposing genitals or engaging in sexual acts on camera without mutual consent
• Sharing graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Broadcasting copyrighted content without permission
• Impersonating other individuals, celebrities, or authority figures

4.4 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to bypass bans using VPNs, proxies, or alternate accounts
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in our system
• Interfering with other users' ability to use the service
• Filing false reports against other users
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

5. Reporting and Moderation

We take violations of these terms seriously. If you encounter behavior that violates these terms:

• Use the Report button available in every chat session to flag inappropriate behavior
• Provide accurate information when reporting - false reports may result in action against your account
• For severe violations involving potential crimes, contact local law enforcement directly

Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action, which may include:

• Warning the offending user
• Temporary suspension (48 hours for first offense)
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Reporting to law enforcement for criminal activity

6. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

StrangerConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The quality of any connections, matches, or conversations will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The service will be available at all times or in all locations

6.2 User-Generated Content

StrangerConnect is a platform that enables communication between strangers. We are not responsible for the content, behavior, or actions of any user. You understand and agree that:

• You may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate
• We do not pre-screen, monitor, or approve user content in real-time
• Other users' statements do not represent our views or opinions
• You use the service and interact with other users at your own risk

6.3 Limitation of Liability
